Vivek Goyal is a result-driven Fintech Operations Manager with over 4 years of experience in transaction monitoring, dispute, and risk management. Vivek worked as a Product Operations professional at Junglee Games from 2020 to 2023, where responsibilities included handling fraud detection and withdrawal processing, improving user experience, and conducting internal audits. Prior to that, Vivek served in roles at Paytm and OYO, focusing on banking operations and fraud analysis. Currently, Vivek is the Head of Product Operations at JP Funware & Technologies, where they are growing XL11 from scratch.
