JP Physio is a private Physiotherapy Clinic in the heart of Durham City. It was established by Pete and Jojo to provide the highest standards of musculoskeletal care, via physiotherapy consultations in a purpose built clinical and friendly environment.

We operate to the highest level of expertise within the field of Sports Trauma Management and Athlete Injury Management. Whether you are looking for one off event medical cover or regular support, we will be able to assist in providing you with the highest of care.

Clinical Pilates:

Clinical Pilates; a physiotherapist let Pilates class that is tailored to the individual's needs. While your more traditional pilates leans towards the group being of similar standard, clinical pilates allows for a more one to one approach, in a class environment.

Antenatal Clinical Pilates is a safe and effective way to build strong foundations throughout your pregnancy and whilst it’s better to start earlier it can be beneficial wherever you are in your journey. During the small numbered class, your Physiotherapist takes you through a class bespoke to your needs.

Postnatal Clinical Pilates:

Clinical Postnatal Pilates is a safe and effective way to build strong foundations to meet the physical and mental demands of being a new mother. During the small numbered class, you can choose to bring your baby along or have some much needed ‘me time’.
