Our clients are intrinsically linked by the kinds of roles they seek to fill. They are innovative businesses, deeply rooted in the Western Australian corporate landscape. We work as partners with our clients to develop a strong talent strategy that has the power to provide a competitive edge. We understand that our clients seek exceptional talent that are suited to support their innovation trajectory and ultimately drive future growth. We support this need by delivering forward-focused candidates to undertake.

Our clients and candidates benefit from working directly with Xavier and Michael, the business partners of JP Search, as we are committed to nurturing every relationship. We believe by being proactive, we can create opportunities. Customer experience for both clients and candidates is foremost – they hold the key to our shared success. We respect other people’s time and motivations which is why we are known to be authentic.
