Fabricio Tobar

Fabricio Tobar is an experienced software developer with a strong background in application development and technical support. Since February 2011, Fabricio has worked at JPay Inc as a Team Lead in Emessaging, focusing on new requirements, maintenance, and enhancing mobile push notifications and web services security. Prior to this, Fabricio served as a Senior Application Developer at Western Union and an Application Developer at Vigo Remittance Corporation, where responsibilities included designing, coding, and managing the development of systems.
