Kay Roberts

Kay Roberts has a strong background in operations and customer service. Kay is currently an Operations Manager at JPC since May 2023. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Roar Fitness, including Operations Manager from January 2023 to May 2023, Client Experience Manager from November 2021 to February 2023, Reception Manager from July 2021 to November 2021, and Receptionist from October 2020 to July 2021. Before joining Roar Fitness, Kay worked as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Australian Venue Co. from January 2020 to March 2020. Prior to that, they were a Customer Services Agent at Legal & General from September 2018 to August 2019. Kay's work experience also includes roles at Places for People Leisure and Freedom Leisure, where they gained experience in customer service and developed strong communication and teamwork skills.

Kay Roberts obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise from Loughborough University. Kay attended the university from 2015 to 2018.
