Ruby Murray

Ruby Murray is the Executive Director of Talent Development & Career Experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they lead the Global Learning and Analyst/Intern Development Program for the Legal and Internal Audit Corporate Functions. Prior to this role, Ruby served as Vice President and Global Banking Technology Audit Lead at JPMorgan Chase from 2011 to 2015, and as a Manager in Advisory Services at Ernst & Young LLP from 2005 to 2011. Ruby is currently pursuing an Honors Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware. Throughout their career, Ruby has been recognized for their leadership in project management and process improvement.
