Shell Brown

Shell Brown possesses extensive experience in project management and talent operations within the banking sector. At Chase, Shell served as Vice President Sr. Business Manager, leading projects in the Consumer Bank Branch Review Project Management Office and managing initiatives across Consumer Banking Control Management. Previous roles included Intake Specialist within the Homeowners Preservation Office, Editor managing internal procedures, Media Analyst for executive office escalations, and Program Manager for the ABP Apprentice Program. In January 2025, Shell took on dual roles as Chief of Staff for Chase Auto Marketing & Customer Experience and CCB Talent Chief of Staff, overseeing talent operations and planning. Shell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology from The Ohio State University and a Master of Arts from Arizona State University.
