Sofia Lopes

Sofia Lopes is the Executive Director of Business Risk Management at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they lead the establishment and implementation of business risk capabilities in the Commercial Banking Division for the APAC region. With over 15 years of international experience in risk and controls, Sofia is a certified risk professional and has previously held roles at Ernst & Young and Morgan Stanley as a manager and internal audit manager, respectively. They earned a Law degree with a specialization in Business & Economics from Faculdade de Direito, Universidade de Lisboa, and completed a postgraduate degree in International Tax Law. Additionally, Sofia participated in an exchange program at Universitat de Barcelona focused on International Business, Trade, and Tax Law.
