At its core, JPS Law is a trial law firm. All of our cases are handled from start to finish by a seasoned trial attorney with years of experience litigating throughout DC, Maryland, Virginia and beyond. We meticulously prepare for each and every one of our cases, no matter how big or small, and challenge ourselves to know the facts even better than our clients.

Clients have a right to know what is happening in their cases at all times. We commit to return all client phone calls within 24 hours. We offer priority meetings for clients who need to meet after hours or on weekends.  We also provide clients with online access to virtual case files so that they can view upcoming deadlines, review case documents, and even keep track of litigation costs, day or night.

We pride ourselves in spending as much time thinking outside of the box as we do inside of it. While we recognize the usefulness of convention, we are not afraid to cast it aside in the course of aggressively advocating on behalf of our clients.
