JPS PASTRY started out of an idea that people with allergies don't have to feel excluded.  Joe Parker, better known as 'JP', believed that he could create great tasting gluten-free food that everyone could enjoy TOGETHER.
JPS PASTRY has grown over the years.  You can find JPS PASTRY products in the east coast in Whole Foods Market stores from NC to Florida.  Additionally, JPS PASTRY's products can be found in many specialty markets, cooperative stores, coffee  shops, and restaurants. 
JPS PASTRY has distribution relationships with Sysco, Tony's, and Gourmet Food International.  JP's Pastry also sells directly to customers via their website, shipping products in insulated boxes with ice packs.
