Jesper Cordes

Jesper Cordes serves as a Non Executive Director at JPSB since April 2025 and as Managing Director, Head of Client Services Americas at Clearwater Analytics since October 2024. Prior to these roles, Jesper held various positions at SimCorp from March 1999 to April 2025, including Vice President of Customer Success Management, where Jesper led a global transformation to a customer engagement model that significantly increased compound annual growth rate (CAGR) from 9.3% to 20%. Jesper also served as Vice President of Customer Services, overseeing relationships with over 170 clients managing more than USD 19 trillion in assets, and as Director focusing on SimCorp's Professional Business. Earlier experience includes roles as a Project Manager at Danagro and as an Economist at IIR Denmark. Jesper holds a Master's degree in Economics from Aarhus University.
