Tammy Flaxman is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and retail buying, having held senior positions at several firms including WorkGenius Group, JPSearch, and the agency worX. In her role at WorkGenius Group, Tammy utilized advanced AI technology to enhance contingent workforce solutions. Prior to this, her tenure at the agency worX emphasized innovative recruitment strategies for a diverse talent pool. Tammy's background also includes significant achievements in retail buying, notably increasing the Men's and Boy's division at US Polo Association from $22M to $60M, along with positions at Calvin Klein, Caché, Spiegel, and INTERMIX.
