At JPSI Ltd, we specialise in providing high-quality structural investigation, testing, and assessment services across the UK.
Our mission is simple — to bridge the gap in structural investigations by delivering clear, reliable data that helps clients make confident decisions about their assets.

As a small, independent company, we take great pride in offering a more personal and flexible approach to every project. We combine technical expertise with genuine attention to detail, ensuring that every inspection, survey, and report reflects our commitment to accuracy, integrity, and excellence.

Our core services include:
• Steel mapping
• Concrete sampling – dust and core
• Visual condition surveys
• Non-destructive materials testing – cover, half-cell, resistivity, and carbonation
• Specialist half-joint and expansion joint investigation
• Waterproofing and trial pit surveys
• Post-tension and pre-stressed investigation
• Bearing and beam end inspection
• Crack monitoring
• Fire damage surveys
• Endoscopic inspection
• Ground penetrating radar (GPR) survey
• Ultrasonic pulse velocity testing – detection of voids and defects
• Surface hardness testing of concrete by rebound hammer

Whether supporting consultants, contractors, or asset owners, our goal is always the same — to deliver trusted results and lasting value, while helping to ensure the safety, durability, and sustainability of the UK’s built environment.
