JQ makes a considerable investment in the selection of each one of our temporary employees in the areas of advertising, screening, testing, training and general administrative expense.  As a result, our temporary employees are responsible, topnotch people with exceptional skills.  Because of the quality of our employees, situations arise when one of our staffers is considered for full time employment with one of our client-companies.  We view this situation as a compliment to the quality of service we are providing our clients.
