13 years of corporate technical grit meets the speed of the London streets.
I am a Fractional eCommerce Director for brands that are tired of vanity metrics and corporate fluff.

I don't just provide reports; I provide Technical Dominance.

ELITE LEADERSHIP. ZERO BLOAT.
Most brands hit a plateau where "more ads" is just throwing good money after bad. You’ve got a team and a product, but you’re missing the technical architect to scale the engine.

A full-time Head of eCommerce is a £120k+ overhead you don't need yet. A traditional consultant gives you a 40-page slide deck and a handshake.

As your Fractional eCommerce Director, I fill the gap. I provide the high-level P&L discipline and technical oversight of a veteran executive for a fraction of the cost. I don’t just offer advice; I build the strategy, sharpen your tech stack, and lead your team to deliver measurable, profitable growth.

BATTLE-TESTED. DATA-DRIVEN.
My background isn't theoretical. I’ve spent 13 years "in the pit" delivering results for brands like sofa.com, Kano, and Leyton. I’ve managed £1M+ Martech budgets, led global teams of 10+, and secured over £9M in online revenue in a single year.

With certifications in Power BI, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo, I ensure your business utilises the latest technical innovations to outpace the competition. I combine "Big Picture" strategy with the hands-on technical execution required to stop the bleed and start the growth.
