JR Personnel is an established recruitment agency, based in Loughborough. We are privately owned and family run. Having been in business for over 20 years, our experienced consultants ensure you receive the best care and continuity you need, whether you are changing your career or seeking staff.

We specialise in recruiting for all jobs within an office, from reception, admin, secretarial, marketing, accounts, HR, IT through to management, be it on a permanent, temporary or contract basis. In-house research has illustrated that the majority of our clients and candidates alike come to us by recommendation, which highlights the strong level of service we provide.

Every candidate we represent has been met and interviewed in depth by one of our consultants. They receive constructive, helpful counselling and their skills and personalities are assessed to ensure we offer an informed choice for each job specification. Likewise, our clients have been researched to ensure we aim on consistently achieving the right match for a candidate to a particular job, team and organisation. We are here to help you find a job or fill a vital role within your organisation in a professional and friendly way, ensuring we always find the long term solution that is right for you.
