Jan Rezab has extensive experience in the civil construction development sector, currently serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Owner at JRD since April 2003, focusing on low-energy and energy-passive apartment buildings, as well as renewable energy projects. Previously, Jan held the position of local Director at Eube, a.s., overseeing apartment building development in Georgia and Armenia, and served as Production Director at S-Development, a.s. from January 2003 to September 2004. Early career experience includes project and site management roles at SKANSKA IS, where Jan managed construction of lattice towers and historical reconstructions, and trade project management at Dálniční stavby Praha, a.s.
