Roy Schijns

Roy Schijns is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles across multiple industries. As a Member and Co-Founder of the Advancing Leadership Network, Roy focuses on promoting inclusivity and leadership development. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Co-Founder at JS Group, Roy specializes in creating channel programs for tech firms to enhance their sales effectiveness. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales at ALK, a Trimble Company, and Sales Vice President at Avaya, where Roy consistently achieved high sales performance. With a strong foundation established at Cisco and AT&T, Roy has a proven track record in driving revenue growth and strategic account management. Roy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University and a Master of Science in International Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
