Ken Yip is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment, architecture, and real estate. Currently serving as the Manager of Investment and Strategy at JS Sullivan Development, LLC since 2017, Ken focuses on urban renewal by transforming underutilized brownfield sites. Previously, Ken worked as an Architectural Designer at Atelier Cho Thompson, contributing to various commercial and institutional projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Other notable experiences include serving as an Associate in Private Equity Real Estate at Hodes Weill & Associates and internships at Gaw Capital and Toshiko Mori Architect. Ken holds a Master of Architecture from Harvard University and has degrees in Economics from New York University and Drexel University, along with studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
