Loring Racine has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as Sales Director at JS Sullivan Development since November 2018 and as a Senior Sales Associate at Climb Real Estate Group since August 2018, both focusing on new development home sales. Previously, Loring held the position of Sales Manager at POLARIS PACIFIC from June 2008 to July 2018, managing sales for several communities including Rockwell and La Maison Soma. Prior roles include Sales Associate at Signature Homes, Inc. from August 2003 to May 2008, where new home sales were conducted in Marin County, Contra Costa, and San Francisco, and New Home Loan Associate at Lennar from April 1991 to June 2003.
