Lori brings more than 15 years of diverse experience in managing the marketing operations for various industries including transportation, technology, and manufacturing and distributing. She is an accomplished professional with exceptional leadership, planning, and project management strengths. Lori brings a strong passion for devising innovative and targeted campaigns to promote messages, enhance brand image, and improve engagement.

Before JSA, Lori managed and executed customer retention marketing plans and marketing communications strategies for domestic and international divisions; was the executive leader for marketing initiatives in promoting products and services; and led the marketing outreach for national brand placement. She directed the marketing business goals and lead generation platforms while working with sales and product development leadership to harness data for high-performing launches.

Lori prides herself on differentiating the brand, building brand equity, and establishing value. She is a thought leader on current industry and market trends, market segmentation and insights, and best practices for go-to-market approaches.

Lori has an extensive background in inbound and outbound marketing including email marketing, online marketing, website redesign, content creation, PR, marketing collateral, and corporate communications.

Lori graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Lindenwood University, where she was a member of Alpha Sigma Tau, an academic society; and was the recipient of the Ledell Bitzer Communications Award. She also interned with a top-rated CBS-affiliated news station. Lori is a proud wife and mother and an animal lover. She enjoys writing, a good book, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her family.
