Joint-stock company Market Operator is an analogue of the European Energy Exchange and is responsible for electricity trades organizing on the day-ahead market and the intraday market in Ukraine.

We work transparently, 24/7 in a compliance with principles of free pricing and make 100% payments daily between those who sold and those who bought electricity that prevents the emergence of debts on these segments of the new energy market.

We are the first and the only company among energy companies who has implemented and make payments through ESCROW accounts. And we are the first who has a payment system that works on weekends.

All business processes of the Market Operator are automated, that makes it impossible to misuse during the electricity purchase and sale, and provides equal conditions for all companies participating in the bidding. 

The Market Operator has built mutual partnerships with sellers and buyers of electricity, which are expressed in the willingness to help 24/7, a timely and full payment and an issuance of all documents, a registration of its tax liabilities.

We work on the Anti-Corruption Program and the Anti-Corruption Policy basis. Clear adherence to ethical behavior by all employees of the company contributes to quality functionality, enhances reputation and avoids potential risks of bribery, participation in corruption, which can lead to undermining the reputation and losing of the confidence in the Market Operator. In 2021, we received an international certificate of compliance of the anti-corruption management system with the requirements of ISO 37001.
