As a Staff Civil Engineer, Jacob’s design experience includes plan preparation and development of the site, grading, and utility plans as well as stormwater management and erosion control. He designs for both commercial and multi-family developments, as he focuses on overall site layout, grading, earthwork, and utility design. His experience also includes the preparation and development of stormwater and erosion control plans, modeling, reports, and permitting.
