Mmina Thipe is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at JSE since November 2022, Mmina previously held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Capitec Bank from November 2019 to November 2022. Mmina's career also includes roles such as National Resourcing Manager at Tsebo Solutions Group and Group Recruitment Specialist at AFGRI Operations Limited, where responsibilities involved overseeing the recruitment function and managing talent pipelines. Earlier experiences encompass serving as Chief Development Officer at MM Foundation and Recruitment Consultant at AdvTech Recruitment, honing skills in strategic consulting and database management.
