JSL Talent Partners is a specialist Rec2Rec consultancy built on experience, relationships and a genuine understanding of the recruitment industry.

Founded by Keith Jackson, Andy Shewring and Sarah Lockwood, we bring together decades of hands-on recruitment and Rec2Rec expertise. We understand the challenges agencies face when it comes to attracting and retaining high performing recruiters as well as developing teams.

We partner with recruitment agencies across the UK and Internationally, supporting them with strategic hires from Consultant through to Director & C-Suite level hires. At the same time, we work closely with recruiters to help them make informed, long-term career moves that align their goals, values and lifestyle.

At JSL Talent Partners we believe Rec2Rec should be more than just filling roles. It's about building careers, strengthening businesses and creating lasting partnerships.

Whether you're a recruitment business looking to scale, or a recruiter considering your next move, JSL Talent Partners offers a trusted, tailored approach every step of the way.
