Fleischman Dining

Fleischman Dining at Jewish Senior Life is a full-service, kosher-style dining facility that serves the residents of Jewish Senior Life. The facility is staffed by a team of highly trained and experienced chefs, who provide delicious and nutritious meals for the residents. The facility has a wide variety of menu options, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Fleischman Dining is committed to providing the highest quality of dining service to its residents.

Fleischman Dining was previously Oakmont Retirement Living, where they served as the General Manager from April 2012 to January 2020. They then Berkley Court, where they were the Assistant Kitchen Manager from January 2008 to April 2012. They started their career as a Kitchen Manager at Steak and Ale from October 2002 to June 2007. And before that, they were at Friendly's Ice Cream, LLC as the Guest Services Supervisor from November 2000 to June 2002.

Fleischman Dining attended Schoolcraft College where they earned an Associate of Science degree. They then went on to attend Eastern Michigan University and earn a degree in Business Administration and Management.
