Justin Estep

Justin Estep has extensive experience in the laboratory field, currently serving as QC Analytical Lead Technician at JSR Micro, Inc. since December 2000. In this role, Justin leads a team of six technicians in clean room and wet lab environments, managing data updates and ensuring compliance with customer requirements through the Starlims application. Prior to this, Justin worked as a Lab Technician at Dade Behring from January 1996 to December 1999, where responsibilities included operating filling machinery in controlled environments and managing temporary staff. Justin pursued education at multiple institutions, including Mission College, Foothill College, and De Anza College, and graduated from Lynbrook High School.
