Tom Dobree

Tom leads Nova Executive's Technology Practice, supporting private equity funds across North America with C-Level, Board and Executive Chair hires into portfolio companies, as well as Senior Advisor & Operating Partner mandates at fund level. His team's clients range from large-cap sponsors, through to lower middle-market and growth equity players, and has significant experience delivering mandates for both software and tech-enabled services companies.

Tom has 10+ years' experience in executive search, and prior to Nova ran the Search function at a London-based boutique leading retained engagements across private equity, investment banking and strategy consulting.
