Rodney Grill

Rodney Grill possesses over 20 years of IT management experience with a strong focus on software development and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Product Manager at JST since April 2019 and as President at Integrice since February 2017, Rodney has honed expertise in process control, documentation, and workflow management. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales/Operations at Hubbard Systems, Inc. and Vice President of Operations at the same company, where responsibilities encompassed customer-facing operations and strategic planning. Additional experience includes leadership positions at McLeod Software, Computer Sciences Corporation, Jim Hubbard & Associates, The Condor Corporation, and BancBoston Mortgage Corporation. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and further education at Auburn University.
