Janis Murphy

Janis Murphy is an experienced supply chain professional with a diverse background in procurement and purchasing. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at JSX since June 2021, Janis has previously held positions such as Purchasing Supervisor and AOG/Material Coordinator within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Buyer in the Landing Gear Department at Advantage Aviation Technologies from July 2020 to June 2021, and as a Procurement Specialist at Applied Aerodynamics, Inc. from October 2012 to March 2020. Janis’s career began at ExpressJet Airlines / Continental Express, where responsibilities included Purchasing and AOG/Material Coordination from 1989 to 2011. Janis holds educational credentials from North Harris County College and the National Education Center Bryman Campus with a degree in Medical Assisting.
