Tricia Bryant

Tricia Bryant currently serves as the Corporate Soul Manager for JSX in the Central and Eastern Regions, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Tricia was the People Success Director at Navan from March 2022 to January 2025, collaborating closely with executive leaders globally to drive people strategy within the Travel Experience and Product teams. Tricia's experience includes serving as the Director of HR Business Partner at Red Ventures, where responsibilities included supporting various business groups and managing talent strategies. Earlier, Tricia held the title of Associate Director of Human Resources at Meredith Corporation and worked with Time Inc. as a Talent Partner. Tricia began a career in human resources at Fidelity Investments, focusing on technology talent acquisition. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Management from Santa Clara University, with ongoing studies at Imperial College London.
