JTA Development Consultants is a Vancouver-based full-service real estate development management, consulting, and project management firm. We specialize in analyzing optimal uses for land holdings, deploying our years-perfected project management toolkit. Our expertise charts a path forward for our Clients in the optimal uses and best value of their properties through redevelopment.

Leading a vast array of design and engineer professionals on our projects allows us to intersect with all disciplines to make projects real. From finance, appraisals, quantity surveyors, insurance, legal, community relations, and construction professionals, we form collaborative teams that aspire to work with one another again on the next project.

Currently, we have active projects in Residential Development and Rental Housing, Office Buildings, Heritage Revitalization, Non-Profit Housing, Industrial Uses, Mixed-Use Projects, Major Renovations, Changes of Use, for both New and Redevelopment projects.
