Roger Watson

Roger Watson possesses extensive leadership experience in change management and organizational development. Currently serving as CEO of Stracl, Inc. since January 2021, Roger oversees SaaS solutions for enterprise organizational change management. Prior to this role, Roger has been the CEO of jTask, Inc. since April 1997, focusing on change management consulting and training. Additionally, from 1990 to 1997, Roger held the position of President at OutSource, Inc., where responsibilities included training and technical documentation. Earlier in the career, Roger was the European Marketing Manager at Quotron Information Systems, a Citibank subsidiary, from 1986 to 1990, specializing in real-time stock market and bond information feeds.
