Chad Fenwick

Chad Fenwick has worked in the technology industry since 2008. Their first job was as a Customer Support Specialist for Drippy Ink Design, where they developed retail website back-end and front-end for the company and communicated with over 300 clients via email, chat, and phone regarding project specifications. Chad then moved on to Findley Handyman Services as a Technical Support Agent, where they worked with over 80 clients to determine project requirements and used HTML, CSS, SQL, and various other languages to ensure customer satisfaction. In 2018, they began working at Cloud Farm Creative as a Web Developer and Technical Support, meeting with multiple clients to determine project requirements, outlining schedules, and providing one-on-one technical support and client training for post-project utilization of tools and technologies. Most recently, Chad has been working as a Solutions Architect for JTB Custom, where they are responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet the business needs of the company, as well as overseeing the implementation of the solutions.

Chad Fenwick's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Western Governors University from 2019 to 2022 and a High School Diploma from Highland High School from 1999 to 2002. Chad also holds four certifications: MySQL Essential Training from LinkedIn obtained in June 2021, User Interface Designer from Certification Partners (CIW) obtained in January 2021, Site Development Associate from Certification Partners (CIW) obtained in January 2020, and Microsoft Technology Associate: Software Development Fundamentals (MTA) from Microsoft obtained in November 2019.
