Raphaël Poncelet

Raphaël joined JTC Signes as Managing Director in 2015 following the JTC acquisition of Signes S.à r.l.

He started working with Signes in 2003 as a senior accountant and subsequently became a partner in 2009 with responsibility for assisting promoters in the setting-up, administration and liquidation of Luxembourg structures held by international private equity and real estate funds.

Prior to this, Raphaël spent six years at PwC Luxembourg looking after the accounting and tax for local and international companies.

He is a board member of a number of Luxembourg private equity and real estate companies.
