Robert Laughlin currently serves as Group Director of Private Client Service at JTC Group, a role initiated in July 2025, focusing on the strategic relationship with Citi Wealth and key global clients. Prior to this, Robert held the position of Global Head of Trust and Wealth Planning at Citi Private Bank from August 2017 to July 2025, managing fiduciary services and wealth planning on a global scale for ultra-high-net-worth families. Robert's extensive experience includes leading the Private Bank's operations in Metro New York, serving as President of Neuberger Berman Trust Company, and a Managing Director role at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Earlier in the career, Robert worked as a Trust and Estate Attorney at Chadbourne & Parke LLP. Robert holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S. in Accounting from Syracuse University.
