Alan Holms is an accomplished Global HR IT Program Director at JTI, with extensive experience in leading various technology initiatives and programs that enhance HR and business operations. Since October 2011, Alan has been responsible for the global implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and has overseen significant projects, including global Track & Trace IT services and the establishment of Global Business Services Centers. Prior to JTI, Alan served as a Programme/Project Management Consultant and held project management roles at organizations including The Capital Group, Gallaher Group Plc, Surrey County Council, and Arthur Andersen & Co. Alan holds a BSc in Computer Information Systems from Glasgow Polytechnic.
