Alan Needham is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the tobacco and beauty industries. Currently serving as the Region Marketing & Sales Manager for Asia Pacific at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since September 2016, Alan has held multiple global brand management roles, overseeing brands such as Benson & Hedges and Silk Cut, and demonstrating expertise in strategic brand development and consumer analysis. Alan's previous positions include Senior Trade Marketing Manager at L'Oréal, where a focus on Trade Marketing strategy contributed to growth in the UK and Ireland, as well as various marketing roles at JTI, where responsibilities included executing marketing initiatives across international duty-free channels.
