Alla Rudenko is currently the Iberia Portfolio Coordination and Agile Lead at JTI, where they manage New Product Development initiatives across various markets. With a rich cross-functional background, they have over 5 years in Sales, 1 year in Finance, and more than 15 years in Marketing, contributing to their expertise in leading complex projects and optimizing processes. Previously, Alla served as the Regional PLM Lead for Western Europe at JTI Iberia and worked as a New Project Development Manager in Marketing at Japan Tobacco International. Their educational background includes a Bachelor in Management and a Master in Business Administration focused on Accounting and Audit.
