Anatol Schmidt

Anatol Schmidt is a seasoned Chemical Analysis Director at JTI, with experience in various roles in food science and technology, including R&D Project Manager in Fruit Technology at AGRANA Research & Innovation Center. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a landscape designer at LABAU Garten- & Grünflächengestaltungs GesmbH and served as a consulting arborist from 2007 to 2020. Anatol held multiple academic positions at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, including Post-Doc researcher and teaching assistant in Food Chemistry, and has a strong educational background with degrees in Chemistry and Food Science, all achieved with distinction.
