Andrew Bean

Andrew Bean currently serves as the People and Culture Business Partner Director at JTI, overseeing HR strategy for North and West Africa and driving employee engagement initiatives. With extensive experience in HR roles spanning over a decade at JTI, Andrew has held various leadership positions including Director of People & Culture for Northern & Western Africa and Global Talent Acquisition Manager. Andrew's competencies include organizational transformation, talent management, rewards and recognition, diversity and inclusion, and effective communication strategies. Prior experiences include managing talent acquisition at Interiman Group SA and serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Beckman Coulter.
