Aya W.

Aya W. has extensive experience in finance and internal audit roles spanning over a decade. Initially working at MLC Frontiers, LLC from February 2011 to February 2013, Aya then joined the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in July 2013, where responsibilities included financial management, budgeting, accounting, treasury, risk management, internal audit, and support for the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities. Aya worked at OSCE until May 2017. Following this, experience was gained at LyondellBasell from August 2022 to January 2024 as a Senior Internal Auditor and Senior IT Business Interface (Product) for Finance & Accounting, before transitioning to JTI in November 2025 as an Internal Audit IT Manager.
