Batuhan Cemalbey has accumulated diverse experience in the engineering and process management sectors, primarily at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) from April 2021 to the present. Initially serving as an Engineering Intern, Batuhan transitioned to roles as a Process Engineer and then Process Lead, focusing on high-speed machine operations, risk elimination, and efficiency improvements within the manufacturing process. Currently, Batuhan holds the title of TFT IWS Capabilities Manager, overseeing initiatives for sustainability and IWS standard implementations. Batuhan also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems at Anadolu Üniversitesi, alongside a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from İzmir Ekonomi Üniversitesi.
