Beata Bertok is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a People and Culture Specialist and HR Advisor at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since November 2016, Beata has developed expertise in HR strategies and employee engagement. Prior to this, Beata held the position of Human Resources Project Manager at Starjobs Magyarország Kft. from October 2010 to August 2016, and at FirstJob Ltd. from September 2008 to September 2010. Beata's career in HR began as an HR Assistant at Manpower Hungary from 2007 to 2008. Beata holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Counselling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Employment Counselling, both from Szent István Egyetem.
