Dmitriy Breussov is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and operations. Currently serving as the Regional IT On-Site Infrastructure & Operations Lead for Eastern Europe II Cluster at JTI since September 2016, Dmitriy has previously held significant roles such as IT Infrastructure & Customer Services Lead and Head of IT Department at the JV Inkai uranium mining project. Dmitriy's career spans back to 1999, with foundational roles in various organizations including the Mortgage Guarantee Fund of Kazakhstan and JFC Corporation, where expertise in IT systems and engineering was developed. Dmitriy holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Systems Management from the University of Liverpool, alongside degrees in Systems Engineering from Kazakh National Technical University and an Honors Diploma in Computing and Electronic Technics from Almaty Polytechnical College.
