Espérance Pandi

Espérance Pandi is the current Corporate Affairs and Communications Director at JTI, where they focus on enhancing corporate reputation and managing complex issues in the DRC-Angola region. They serve on the boards of Activa Preventis and JTI RDC, contributing to strategic governance and decision-making. Prior to their current role, Espérance worked as the External Affairs Manager at Glencore, developing corporate strategies and managing crisis communications. They also held positions as a Political Officer and Public Affairs Officer at the Embassy of Canada, where they shaped communications relating to Canadian interests in the Congos. Espérance holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication Management from the Rome Business School and has extensive training in digital communication, project management, and information management.
