Gerald Jimenez

Gerald Jimenez is an accomplished IT professional with over 23 years of experience in network and system administration. Currently serving as a Cyber Security ITSM Manager at JTI, Gerald ensures that ITSM processes are integrated into the company's cybersecurity practices. Previously, as an Infrastructure & Site Operations Supervisor at Pilmico Foods Corporation, Gerald managed a range of IT and operational technologies while aligning initiatives with ISO standards. An alumnus of the University of the Cordilleras, Gerald holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and possesses various certifications, including ITIL and skills in project management and cloud architecture.
