Ivan Pablo possesses extensive experience in human resources and people operations, beginning as an HR Assistant at Sykes Asia Inc in 2003 and progressing to an HR Officer role until 2008. Following a consulting position at DDI, Ivan held several senior HR roles including HR Director at Fujitsu, where leadership extended across multiple global regions, and Vice President at PLDT. Currently, Ivan serves as the People & Culture COE Director at Japan Tobacco International since May 2024.
