Ivan Vasiliev is an experienced IT professional, currently serving as a Process Expert Manager and Agile Solutions Analyst Manager at JTI since March 2016. In these roles, Ivan supports various departments in adopting Agile methodologies and acts as an IT analyst for projects in Corporate Affairs & Communication, also assisting in the assessment of new IT and SaaS tools. Prior to this, Ivan held the position of Governance GSD Specialist, leading a team that communicated IT updates to internal customers, and worked as a Technical Support Analyst with extensive experience in troubleshooting IT issues. Previous roles include IT Security Business Analyst at Confident and Technical Consultant at the Government of St. Petersburg's Committee on IT and Communications. Ivan holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from Санкт-Петербургский Государственный Электротехнический Университет «ЛЭТИ» and completed a digital training program in Digital & Business Strategy in August 2023.
