Jason Melling is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the People & Culture Vice President for Western Europe at JTI. Previously, Jason held the position of People & Culture Vice President for the Americas and served as the People & Culture Director in Germany. Prior to JTI, Jason led Human Resources at O'Hare Engineering Limited and specialized in overseas settlements at Charterhouse Tilney. Jason's educational background includes a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from CIPD and a distinction in Environmental Health & Safety from NEBOSH.
